RESOLUTION NO. _g 1!9 <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON PROPOSED CHANGES TO THE "CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY <br /> OF CLIVE, IOWA, 1981" WITH RESPECT TO AMENDING THE OFFICIAL <br /> ZONING MAP AND ZONING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES <br /> (SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 248) FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY <br /> ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF CLIVE, IOWA <br /> WHEREAS, the following legally described land has been annexed <br /> to the City of Clive, Iowa: <br /> An irregular shaped tract of land that is located in the <br /> North 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of Section 32T79NR25 West of <br /> the 5th P.M., Polk County, Iowa, and which lies South of <br /> Hickman Road, West of Interstate Highway No. 35 -80, and <br /> North of the Center Line of the Abandoned Right -of -Way <br /> of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Rail- <br /> road, all of which is more accurately described as fol- <br /> lows; Commencing at the North 1/4 Corner of said Section <br /> 32, thence S0 °- 06' -55 "W, along the West Line of the N.E. <br /> 1/4 of said Section 32, 52.0 feet, to the POINT OF BE- <br /> GINNING, said point being the N.W.
