Several issues were <br /> presented that require guidance from the board: <br /> 1. Registration Compliance-Several possible rental property owners have not registered, <br /> despite many attempts.Board members stated it was time to send letters informing <br /> owners that legal action will be taken if they do not contact Community Development <br /> with the requested rental application. <br /> 2. Audit Inspection Compliance-Several rental property owners have not contacted the <br /> department to set up a time to have their properties inspected. It was determined that <br /> staff will bring information to next month's board meeting to possibly revoke <br /> certificates of occupancy for those owners who fail to comply with the inspection <br /> notice. <br />
