<br /> The regular meeting of the Clive City Council was held Thursday, September 18, 2014 in the Clive City
<br /> Hall Council Chambers.
<br /> Mayor Cirksena presided and called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. The Pledge of Allegiance was
<br /> recited. Council members present were: John Edwards, Susan Judkins, Eric Klein, Michael McCoy
<br /> and Ted Weaver. Absent: None.
<br /> Edwards moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Klein. Roll Call: Ayes: Edwards, Judkins, Klein,
<br /> McCoy, Weaver. Nays: None. Motion carried.
<br /> Tom Trygstad, 12881 Sunset Terrace, on behalf of the Clive Running Festival, presented a check to
<br /> the Clive Parks and Recreation in the amount of$5,000 to be used for maintaining the Greenbelt Trail
<br /> system.
<br /> Craig Erickson, 1601 48th St., West Des Moines gave an update for the Clive Chamber.

<br /> by Klein. Roll Call: Ayes: Edwards, Judkins, Klein, Weaver, McCoy. Nays: None. Motion carried.
<br /> William Lillis, 317 6th Ave., Ste 300, Des Moines, representing the property owners regarding the
<br /> proposed site plan for Jimmy Johns, 1500 NW 86th St.
<br /> Ryan Hardesty, 3405 SE Crossroads Dr, Grimes, spoke to the driveway and entrance/exits on the
<br /> south side of the proposed Jimmy Johns property.
