He was given the opportunity to extend the time allowed to replace <br />the windows if he provided some information to staff and made some of the other repairs <br />necessary; he did neither. The board members feared that failure to correct the situation as <br />quickly as possible would endanger the tenants. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY VOORHEES, SECONDED BY BANNISTER to grant the variance <br />to 2009 International Residential Code, Sections 108.1, 108.5.1 & 702, as requested for Case #16- <br />2001. <br />VOTE: NO - UNANIMOUS <br />Being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 6:18 p.m. <br />
