n <br />Clive City Council Quarterly Work Session <br />February 2, 2017 <br />The quarterly work session of the Clive City Council was held Thursday, February 2, 2017 in the Clive <br />City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Cirksena presided and called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />Council members present were: John Edwards, Susan Judkins, Eric Klein, Ted Weaver. Absent: <br />Michael McCoy. <br />Klein moved, seconded by Edwards to approve the agenda. Roll Call: Ayes: Edwards, Judkins, Klein, <br />McCoy, Weaver. Nays: None. Motion carried. <br />John Gamaas, President of Clive Community Foundation, along with the Wellmark representatives <br />Mary Lawyer and Jenny Weber presented information on the Welimark Healthy Hometown initiative. <br />Matthew Graham presented information gathered regarding Mobile Food Vending, and shared a draft <br />ordinance that has been prepared using the collective findings. <br />Alex Pfaltzgraff updated the Council regarding possible Zoning Ordinance changes as they pertain to <br />signage. <br />A quarterly update was provided to Council regarding the 2016-2017 Strategic Plan Action Agenda <br />items. <br />Staff provided an update to the Council on the progress made to date on the various action items <br />identified in the Citywide Stormwater Strategy. <br />Matt McQuillen shared a detailed summary of the salary reallocation impacts between the General, <br />Trust & Agency, Road Use Tax, Water, Sewer and Stormwater funds as presented in the proposed <br />FY18 budget. <br />The work session was adjourned at 8:48 p.m. <br />Scott Cirksena, Mayor <br />
