The <br />property owner, Particia Cooper, of 1484 NW 75th Street is willing to sell the west 55 -feet of the <br />property to Mr. Kelly. <br />Since the property has been previously divided by a Plat -of -Survey, the State Code requires that the <br />second parcel split be completed by a Final Plat of Subdivision.
