On <br />July 19, 1990 Council approved the rezoning from R-2 to C-2 to allow <br />this parking lot addition. Additional parking is the only <br />modification being constructed at this time. At a future date, <br />Briggs is considering expanding the existing building square footage <br />and adding more parking to the north. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The only work proposed at this time is the addition of a 25 feet by <br />280 feet strip of asphalt to the northwest parking lot. Also, a new <br />access will be installed onto 80th Street. A total of twenty-eight <br />10 by 20 parking stalls are proposed. According to the ordinance <br />the existing facility would be required to have 95 parking stalls of <br />which 207 are provided. At this time the number of parking stalls <br />proposed is an addition to the existing parking facility and no new <br />building square footage will be added. <br />
