Clive Land has installed streets in plat 1 and <br />has construction drawing approval for plat 2 and preliminary plat <br />approval for plat 3 (Refer to attached map). A portion of the <br />Homebuilders Homes Show will be located in the eastern half of <br />plat 1 with the remainder of the homeshow being located in County <br />Club West Plat 4. Construction is progressing rapidly on the <br />homes to be located in the homeshow. In addition, Clive Land has <br />
