The developer, Dave Ward, is <br />requesting approval of a 4, 144 square foot office building. Currently, the site contains a parking lot which was used <br />for overflow parking and tuck storage when ABC Electric occupied the adjacent lot. The developer intends to remove <br />the existing parking surface in order to develop the site. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />Utilities <br />No additional public improvements will be necessary on this site. Water for the proposed building will be brought to <br />the site from an 6 -inch water main running along Swanson Boulevard. The Fire Chief is confident that the existing fire <br />hydrants along Swanson Boulevard will provide adequate fire protection. A sprinkler system is not required because <br />the building is not more than 4,500 square feet. The sanitary sewer line is stubbed from an existing pipe on the north <br />side of Swanson Boulevard. Storm water will be detained in the area between the front parking lot and the street.
