The half acre site is currently zoned M-1 Light <br />Industrial and is utilized for limited parking and boat storage. <br />The proposed building will be a metal structure with split faced <br />brick along portions of the building front. Windows will also be <br />incorporated into the west building elevation facing 92nd Court. <br />Three of the exterior walls will not contain any type of brick, <br />however, in the M-1 district there is not a specific requirement <br />regarding building materials. A handicapped accessible ramp with <br />a handrail will be constructed along the front building <br />
