The <br />improvements include removing the two patios that are currently attached to the building and <br />converting the space to 5-6 parking spaces. Additionally, the exterior will be re -sided, clad in <br />stucco and include a covered entry element. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY BRAUER, SECONDED BY BENJAMIN to recommend Site <br />Plan Amendment approval for Case #17-1007, 8450 Hickman RD, subject to staff comments. <br />VOTE: YES - UNANIMOUS <br />Case #17-1002: Berkshire North Plat 9, Preliminary Plat and Case #17-1003: Berkshire <br />North Townhomes, Site Plan <br />The applicant requested approval of a preliminary plat and site plan for approximately 50 acres <br />of property recently rezoned PUD. The tract will be subdivided into 18 single family lots and 43 <br />townhome lots. The remaining property will be an outlot for future development. <br />The single family homes have a minimum square footage of 1,450 for single story construction <br />and 2,000 sf for multi -story construction, while the townhomes' minimum square footage for <br />single stories will be 1,250 and 1,650 for multi -story. <br />
