Nobbies Party Store has <br />occupied the southern tenant space for several years, while the northern tenant space has <br />been vacant. The northern tenant space was acquired recently and has been occupied by the <br />Salvation Army. The property owners would now like to remove the condominium regime <br />and subdivide the property into two parcels and will require approval for Preliminary and <br />Final Plat. <br />There are no modifications being made to the site, however, the lot lines were drawn a bit out of <br />the ordinary to allow the Nobbies site frontage to NW 100th ST; this will allow for the second <br />building sign for the Nobbies building. The Salvation Army will also be allowed two building <br />signs due to setback and building frontage. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY BRAUER, SECONDED BY DIKIS to recommend Preliminary <br />Plat approval for Case #17-1015. <br />VOTE: YES - UNANIMOUS <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY BRAUER, SECONDED BY DIKIS to recommend Final Plat <br />approval for Case #17-1014. <br />VOTE: YES - UNANIMOUS <br />
