Kindercare recently obtained approval of a Site Plan and a building permit has been issued <br />to build a daycare facility. <br />The Final Plat will subdivide the property into three parcels ranging in size from .9 acres to 2.1 <br />acres, as well as an outlot that contains the storm water management facilities. There will be <br />reciprocal ingress/egress as well as parking rights across the subdivision. Additionally, there <br />will be ingress/egress to the former Dahl's grocery property to the east which will be critical in <br />the redevelopment of the Dahl's site. Maintenance for the common areas (driveways and storm <br />water basin) will be shared between the three parcels. <br />MOTION WAS MADE BY BRAUER, SECONDED BY BANNISTER to recommend Final <br />Plat approval for Country Club West Plat 16, Case #17-1018, subject to staff comments. <br />VOTE: YES - UNANIMOUS <br />Being no further business before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned at 5:53 p.m. <br />
