Plat 6 <br />contains a very small (Lots 37-39) portion of the area that was <br />recently rezoned from R-1 to R-5. The remainder of the area was <br />zoned R-5 when the Land Use Plan for Country Club West was <br />approved. Country Club West Plat 6 will provide a connection to <br />the west and 156th Street for the entire Country Club West area. <br />
