September 27, 1990 Council approved the amended <br />development plan for Forest Plaza. This development plan included a <br />proposed gas station and car wash. In the C-6 zoning district, a <br />gas station is considered to be an auxiliary use and a car wash is <br />an accessory use to a gas station. With the approval of the <br />auxiliary use, the applicant is proceeding forward with a detailed <br />site plan. <br />
