Application No. 90-10 <br />CITY OF CLIVE <br />Public Works Dept. • Building & Zoning Dept. <br />9289 Swanson Boulevard <br />Clive, Iowa 50322 <br />(515) 223-6230 <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />RE: Request for variance of Clive Zoning Ordinance No. 248, <br />Section 22 -A -2 -a -(3)(b) which states that the "minimum setback <br />of a pole or ground sign shall be ten (10) feet". <br />The variance has been requested for a ground sign to be located at <br />the entrance to the delivery area on the southwest corner of the <br />Hockenberg Rubin office building, located at 1400 N.W. 100th Street, <br />with a setback of less than ten feet . <br />You are hereby notified of a public hearing that will be held by the <br />Clive Board of Adjustment on Tuesday October 16, 1990 at 7:00 PM <br />in the Clive City Hall, 8505 Harbach Boulevard, Clive, Iowa. <br />At which time the Board of Adjustment will hear and discuss the <br />variance request for Lot 4, Dahls Plaza: Commonly known as 1400 <br />N.W. 100th Street, Clive, Iowa.
