In <br />March of 1996, the property was rezoned from R-1 Single Family Residential to its present <br />classification of C-4 Planned Commercial Shopping Center. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />Deerfield Pointe L.L.C., the developer of the property is requesting approval of a development <br />plan, preliminary plat, final plat and site plan for the southeast corner of the property at this time. <br />
