This site has been <br />vacant for many years due to several site constraints. The applicant has worked through the constraints and <br />is now requesting approval of a Site Plan (Preliminary Plat) and Final Plat. <br />The applicant is proposing to construct an approximate 4,800 square foot retail building which will <br />==accommodate his current business, European Flavors (Bosnian Grocery Store), and also provide a small <br />amount of tenant space. Alex currently occupies 700 square feet of space in the Apple Valley Shopping <br />
