The church now desires to add a playground for the use of the preschool. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The proposed 960 square foot playground is to be located on the northeast corner of the existing church. The <br />proposed playground features a large play structure as well as a new fence enclosing the area with a lockable <br />gate. The church has also proposed to install fencing around the existing mechanical units for safety. No <br />existing trees are proposed to be removed and no other additional improvements are proposed to be made at <br />this time. <br />
