The 1995 <br />approval allowed for an office building to be constructed up to three stories with approximately 30,000 <br />square feet. The applicant wishes an amendment to allow the three story office building to contain slightly <br />more than 37, 000 square feet. Staff does not object to the request. The additional square footage does not <br />significantly alter the Development Plan, nor will the changes be detrimental to the adjoining properties. <br />The applicant is also seeking Site Plan approval to construct the office building. The applicant has stated <br />that the interior space has not be allocated to any one business at this time. <br />Utilities <br />The restaurant will be served with water via a 2 -inch domestic service line and an 8 -inch fire service line <br />extending from an existing water line that was constructed with the Cuco's site plan.
