At that time, the applicant lived in the house <br />on the property, which was the base for a farming operation. The applicant has since sold all of the <br />agricultural land, and has retained only the 2.45 acre parcel proposed to be subdivided. The owner <br />intends to sell the parcel containing the house (which would become Lot 2) and retain the <br />remainder (Lot 1) where he intends to stable horses. <br />
