All signified aye, motion <br />approved. <br /> <br />Reed made a motion to approve the consent items, seconded by Barnes. All signified aye, <br />motion approved. <br /> <br />There were no citizen presentations. <br /> <br />Ambassador Appointments- <br />Board Members were appointed to serve as community park and program ambassadors. <br />Public Relations: Reed, Weaver <br />Aquatics: Barnes, Postma <br />Parks: Guisinger, Martin <br />Tree Committee: Crawford <br />Members will gather feedback from park and aquatic users and program participants to share at <br />meetings. The Public Relation representatives will attend City Council meetings at any time or <br />when a Park Board item is on the agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />*Martin arrived at 5:36. <br /> <br />2010-2011 Deer Management Program- <br />Staff recommended continuing the program. It was reported that many residents have <br />requested a decrease in deer population. Board was asked to consider options to implement an <br />increase in harvesting numbers. Discussion was held regarding expanding season length, <br />adding weekend days, and a Buck Incentive Program. Staff was asked to bring other city’s <br />program details back to the next meeting for further discussion. <br /> <br />Weaver made a motion to continue the Deer Management Program, seconded by Postma. <br />All signified aye, motion approved. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
