The roll was called and the vote was, <br /> 7\//\/ / <br /> AYES: ; "L v ! / '! ,( - /),' <br /> ` ) / /.' // / /i�� (, / -7_ - <br /> • <br /> NAYS: <br /> Whereupon, the Mayor declared the resolution duly adopted <br /> as follows: <br /> PRELIMINARY RESOLUTION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF tk 45/ <br /> STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CITY OF CLIVE, IOWA �..�.� <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, after a study of the requirements, <br /> is of the opinion that it is necessary and desirable that <br /> certain permanent street improvements in said City, and <br /> miscellaneous related work, be constructed within Clive, Iowa, <br /> as hereinafter described; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed that said project be constructed as <br /> a single improvement under the authority granted by Division IV <br /> of Chapter 384 of the City Code of Iowa: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF CLIVE, IOWA: <br /> Subdivision A. That Clive, Iowa, construct certain per- <br /> manent street improvements in said City, and miscellaneous <br /> related work, as hereinafter described. <br /> Subdivision B. The beginning and terminal points of said <br /> improvements shall he as follows: <br /> CLIVE, IOWA, PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, 1986 <br /> (114TH STREET) - DIVISION ONE - STREET <br /> Portland cement concrete pavement with integral curb and <br /> gutter, 8 inches in thickness and 31 feet wide, and associated <br /> work: <br /> Beginning at a point 33.00 feet west of the southeast corner of <br /> Lot A; thence northerly parallel to and 33.00 feet west of the <br /> east line of said Lot A, 306.98 feet; thence northeasterly <br /> along a 275.00 feet radius curve concave southeasterly, 432.78 <br /> feet to a point on the north line of Lot 6; thence easterly <br /> • 4 - <br />
