RESOLUTION NO. d - 0 <br /> RESOLUTION TEMPORARILY CLOSING <br /> SUNNY HILL DRIVE FROM <br /> N.W. 86TH STREET TO N.W.89TH STREET <br /> WHEREAS, the residents living on Sunny Hill Drive have <br /> petitioned the City Council to close portions of said street <br /> on Saturday, June 9th, 1984, between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and <br /> 10:00 p.m. and; <br /> WHEREAS, said request is made in an effort by said residents <br /> to increase the safety of residents and children attending a block <br /> • party to be given by them on said date and at such time along <br /> Sunny Hill Drive and; <br /> WHEREAS, the closing of this section will not create undue <br /> problems for local traffic; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF the <br /> City of Clive, Iowa; <br /> 1. Subject to the provisions of paragraphs 2 and <br /> 3 below having first been met, the City Council <br /> of the City of Clive, Iowa, hereby closes Sunny <br /> Hill Drive from N.W. 86th Street to N.W. 89th <br /> Street on Saturday, June 9, 1984, between the <br /> hours of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. to through traffic. <br /> 2. This Resolution shall be of no force and effect <br /> unless one or more residents living on Sunny <br /> Hill Drive shall first obtain those barricades of <br /> the type and number required by the Director of <br /> Public Works of the City of Clive, Iowa. Said <br /> delivery to be at a time and place designated by <br /> said Director. <br /> 3.
