t 4) A,�.�1 introduced the followin 9 Resolut entitl d� RESOLUTION ADOPTING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND <br /> SCHEDULE, ESTIMATE OF COST AND PROPOSED PLANS AND <br /> SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CLIVE, IOWA, NW <br /> 114TH STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT, 1987 (DIVISION 3 <br /> BRIDGE P OACi VING STORM SEWER)" and moved its adop- <br /> tion. seconded the motion to adopt. <br /> The rol was cal ed and he vote was, <br /> AYES: 4 I Ld_ 1 <br /> LL( <br /> NAYS: RAPK4 <br /> Whereupon, the Mayor declared the Resolution It ti <br /> as follows: PLIA 1dY1 I 1 f i-- <br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND <br /> SCHEDULE, ESTIMATE OF COST AND PROPOSED <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br /> OF THE CLIVE, IOWA, NW 114TH STREET BRIDGE <br /> REPLACEMENT PROJECT, 1987 (DIVISION 3 BRIDGE <br /> APPROACH PAVING AND STORM SEWER) <br /> WHEREAS, this Council has caused to be prepared preliminary <br /> plat, schedule and estimate of cost, together with plans and <br /> specifications, for the construction of the Clive, Iowa, NW <br /> 114th Street Bridge Replacement Project, 1987 (Division 3 <br /> Bridge Approach Paving and Storm Sewer), and this Council has <br /> fixed the valuations of the property proposed to be assessed as <br /> shown therein; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council finds that each lot separately <br /> assessed in the schedule of assessments meets the definition of <br /> a lot as described in Iowa Code Section 384.37(5) or in the <br /> case of lots consisting of multiple parcels, that the parcels <br /> have been assembled into a single unit for the purpose of use <br /> or development; and <br /> WHEREAS, said plat and schedule, estimate of cost and plans <br /> and specifications appear to be proper for the purpose inten- <br /> ded: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF CLIVE, IOWA: <br /> 7 <br /> ANers, Cooney, Oorweila Haynie, Smith Mlbee.
